Afterfall InSanity Extended Edition
Alan Wake | ||||
Alan Wake's American Nightmare
Aliens vs. Predator | ||||
Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs | Nicely made game. Surprisingly terrifying, even though I wasn't scared at all when I watched PewDiePie's playthrough video. Maybe not as scary as the original game, but still pretty good.
Amnesia: The Dark Descent | So good I couldn't bring myself to play it. Five minutes in and I'm to scared to do the needed things. I even was terrified while watching PewDiePie's playthrough, and not because of jumpscares (there are not many of them, if any), but because of atmosphere.
Angry Video Game Nerd Adventures | Very good old-school platformer. I played on the easiest difficulty, though, as I'm not a hardcore gamer.
Antichamber | ||||
Aperture Tag: The Paint Gun Testing Initiative | A game from Portal universe with an original take. I thoroughly enjoyed the game, although the developers definitely should've tested the game much more extensively. I'm pretty sure I solved a good chunk of puzzled not in the intended way.
ArcaniA | ||||
ArcaniA: Fall of Setarrif
Armikrog | The Neverhood's successor from the same people. Well, kinda successor. Some puzzles are too easy, some items are way too not obvious, and there are bugs. Still, a nice game with unique style.
Assassin's Creed | ||||
Assassin's Creed II | ||||
Audiosurf | Non-applicable
Audiosurf 2 | Non-applicable | Sequel isn't as good as the first game and much more glitchy.
The Bard's Tale | I cheated the hell out of this game because I wanted to know the story. The game is very funny, but battles are somewhat hard.
BattleBlock Theater | The funniest cutscenes and narration (kudos to Stamper), simple gameplay, not so easy game. I beat the main game and 6 chapters (?) of the Insane mode.
Beatbuddy: Tale of the Guardians
Beyond Divinity | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | The game is somewhat funny, but the battles are wonky. There's a lot of dialogs involved.
The Binding of Isaac | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | The game is supposed to be replayed over and over again, so "beaten" column doesn't really apply much here. I still haven't beaten the game a single time. Then again, I only played a few times.
BioShock | ||||
BioShock 2 | ||||
BioShock Infinite | ||||
Black Mesa | ||||
Borderlands | ||||
Borderlands 2 | ||||
Borderlands 2 RU | Was bundled with region-free version. Never going to play this region-locked piece of shit, especially since I have the original game in the library.
Botanicula | ||||
Bulletstorm | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | I was somewhat hyped over this game after a friend of mine insisted I play it, because it's from the same developers that made Painkiller and it's even better. Well, gameplay is very different from Painkiller. The game has a story, and a good one, although the "final boss fight" is really disappointing. Other things... The levels are not detailed enough: there's a lot of walkable space with nothing there. The main character can't even jump, which is annoying at times. Speaking of the main character, he is like Wolverine from X-Men: he looks the same and can regenerate for some reason. Because of this there's no health and armor concept, which is confusing at first. You can only carry 3 guns, one of them is always an assault rifle, the others have pretty limited ammo, which becomes really annoying when the enemies start wearing armor. The game tries to compensate with its online capabilities and creative ways to kill enemies, but it doesn't cut it for me.
Castle Crashers | The game is pretty good, but I got stuck at level 31 and stopped playing after that.
Cave Story+ | Love this game. I played different ports of it numerous times.
Contraption Maker | ||||
Cthulhu Saves the World
Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition
Dead Island | ||||
Dead Island Riptide | ||||
Divine Divinity | ||||
Don't Starve | ||||
Don't Starve Together Beta
DOOM II: Hell on Earth | Classic.
DOOM 3: BFG Edition | I have mixed feelings about this game. It's a good FPS, has a lot of monsters and is long. Downsides: it tries to be a horror game and fails; the game is too long to my liking; enemies take considerably more shots than in the first two games, which sometimes is annoying; Cyberdemon maybe looks cooler, but the battle with him really disappointed me, perhaps because I was playing on the easies difficulty (and BFG Edition). I was going for "meh" rating originally, but the message from the developers in the end kinda brightened up my mood. It is not the original DOOM that revolutionized FPS genre decades ago, but it is close to it in the spirit and it's modern. The story? DOOM has never been about the story, so it's not important here, at least for me.
Drunken Robot Pornography | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | The game is not bad when you have nothing to do in the next half an hour, after that it's pretty boring.
DuckTales Remastered | Very nice remake of the NES game. Unfortunately, of the first game (I really enjoyed the second one), but I still liked it a lot.
Duke Nukem 3D: Megaton Edition | Classic.
Duke Nukem Forever | ||||
Dust: An Elysian Tail | ||||
Dustforce | ||||
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | I guess, it's not my genre. I played it for a couple of days and lost interest.
Element4l | ||||
F.E.A.R. | I played it back when it came out. But it was a pirated version, so I got stuck at one point and never finished the game. Damn it was a scary experience. The only way I was able to progress was talking to my friend over the phone while playing. Also cheats, because enemies are strong.
F.E.A.R.: Extraction Point
F.E.A.R.: Perseus Mandate
F.E.A.R. 3 | ||||
Fallout 3 - Game of the Year Edition | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | I guess, it's not my genre. I played it for a couple of days and lost interest.
FEZ | ||||
Final DOOM | Classic. | |||
Garry's Mod | Non-applicable
Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams
Goat Simulator | I beat the original map, but then there were a few additions to the game: one more map (at least) and two game modes. I haven't played them yet.
Gone Home | Very interesting game, which is not as much of a game as it is an interactive story. Too bad the developers straight refused to optimize the graphics. It lagged like hell.
Gothic | ||||
Gothic II: Gold Edition
Gothic 3 | ||||
Gothic 3 Forsaken Gods Enhanced Edition
Grand Theft Auto III | I played it after I played Vice City. It didn't play as Vice City, so I quickly lost interest.
Grand Theft Auto IV | ||||
Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City | Love this game to death. My favorite game in GTA franchise and the only one for me.
Guacamelee! Gold Edition | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Half-Life | See Half-Life: Source.
Half-Life 2 | A very good game. Not as good, in my opinion, as people considered it when it came out, but still very good.
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
Half-Life 2: Episode One
Half-Life 2: Episode Two
Half-Life 2: Lost Coast
Half-Life Deathmatch: Source
Half-Life: Blue Shift | ||||
Half-Life: Opposing Force
Half-Life: Source | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | Characters in Half-Life 2 were screaming "Gordon Freeman!" so loudly and frequently, that I just had to play the original game (or a remastered version on a different engine). Got really disappointed. Gordon Freeman turned out to be not as cool as he was made in the sequel.
Hitman: Codename 47 | Failed the third (or was it second?) mission and lost interest not just to the game, but to the whole franchise. Mainly because it's not my genre.
Hitman 2: Silent Assassin
Hitman: Blood Money | ||||
Hitman: Absolution | ||||
Hitman: Sniper Challenge
I am Bread | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | Original idea, pretty difficult game. It's fun for about 20 minutes, then you start to lose your cool. Or interest.
The Impossible Game | Well, it _is_ impossible.
Jazzpunk | Hilarious game. Too bad it's short.
Jets'n'Guns Gold | Side-scroller with a few jets and _lots_ of guns.
Kanji Training Game | ||||
Krautscape | ||||
KRUNCH | ||||
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
Left 4 Dead 2 | Got it for free. Don't really like multiplayer-oriented games. Singleplayer campaign is playable, though.
Lethal League | ||||
LIMBO | ||||
Litil Divil | ||||
Lone Survivor: The Director's Cut
Master Levels for DOOM II
McPixel | Hilarious game with a very charismatic (and stupid) character. Too short.
Micron | Nice little puzzle game with a nice beat. The puzzles become time-based after a while, so I stopped playing.
Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition | Microsoft makes the best flight simulators, and this one was on sale with a huge discount, so I had to buy it just in case.
Monaco | ||||
Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition | Completed the story mode (barely, even on Very Easy difficulty). It doesn't make much sense as a movie, but it is pretty entertaining.
Mortal Kombat X | The story mode was kinda dissappointing (the previous game's one was better), but the characters and gameplay are great. Also, I accidently played the story on Medium difficulty, successfully. Seriously, I had way more troubles playing MK9 on Very Easy. Also, D'Vorah is a cutie.
Mount Your Friends | Non-applicable | Very funny game. That is, if you play with your friends, which I don't really have...
Mutant Mudds Deluxe | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | Nice old-school game. Lost interest after a while.
No Time to Explain | ||||
No Time To Explain Remastered
Octodad: Dadliest Catch | Pretty much light version of "I am Bread" with some comedy.
One Finger Death Punch | Very fun game with just two buttons. I beat the Student Mode.
Painkiller: Black Edition | Love this game to death.
Painkiller: Overdose | Very nice mod that brings a pretty charismatic character.
Painkiller: Redemption | I loved it. _A lot_ of monsters for you to shoot.
Painkiller: Resurrection | One word: glitches. A lot of them. It's like the game was barely tested. I still liked it.
Painkiller: Recurring Evil | This is what Resurrection should've been.
Painkiller Hell & Damnation | As a standalone game, it's pretty good. Unfortunately, it claims to be Painkiller and fails at that. It's just not the same, mainly because mechanics changed.
Penumbra: Overture | ||||
Penumbra: Requiem | ||||
PewDiePie: Legend of the Brofist | I played the game on my phone and on Steam. It's a good old school platformer voiced by popular youtubers. The latter is the reason why it's hated so much. I don't have any problems with youtubers (I watch videos of half of the characters involved), but even if you forget about it being YouTube-centered, it's still a very nice game. It's easy to beat on easy difficulty and really hard on hard, so all is fair.
Plague Inc: Evolved | Make humanity extinct while listening to nice music.
Portal | Love this game. | |||
Portal 2 | Love this game to death.
Portal Stories: Mel | A very nice addition to the Portal universe, unofficial prequel to Portal 2. Would've been better if it wasn't **so very difficult**. I solved most of puzzles, though. I only watched walkthrough for one chamber and completely cheated the last 4 chambers of Chapter 4.
POSTAL 2 | Love this game.
Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands | Don't know if I even want to play it. My friend described it as a complete failure in Sands of Time franchise.
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time | Love this game.
Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones | Love this game.
Prince of Persia: Warrior Within | Love this game to death. It made an impact on my life and even somewhat helped me in school.
Proto Raider | ||||
PROTOTYPE 2 | Some things are ridiculous (and are even addressed in the game itself), but it's very fun to play. Very much like the first game, only better.
Psychonauts | ||||
Puzzle Bots | ||||
Quake | ||||
Quake II | Classic. Love it mostly because I played it in school against classmates, and I was good compared to them.
Quake II: Ground Zero | ||||
Quake II: The Reckoning
Quake III Arena | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | I beat the single player campaign. Never got good enough for PvP or even bots on Hard difficulty.
Quake III: Team Arena | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Quake 4 | Played the poorly localized version shortly after its release. Not bad, but nothing special.
Quake Mission Pack 1: Scourge of Armagon
Quake Mission Pack 2: Dissolution of Eternity
Return to Castle Wolfenstein
Reus | ||||
Road Redemption | ||||
Rocketbirds: Hardboiled Chicken
Sacred 2 Gold | ||||
Sacred Citadel | ||||
Scribblenauts Unlimited
Serious Sam 2 | My favorite game in the franchise and the first one ever in Serious Sam series I played. I guess that's why I didn't like the others as much.
Serious Sam 3: BFE | The whole game is just "meh", but the last level really compensates for the boredom of the rest of the game.
Serious Sam Classic: The First Encounter | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | Good game, not as fun as SS2.
Serious Sam Classic: The Second Encounter | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | Good game, not as fun as SS2.
Serious Sam Classics: Revolution
Serious Sam Double D XXL
Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | Good game, not as fun as SS2.
Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | Good game, not as fun as SS2.
Serious Sam: The Random Encounter
Shadow Warrior | Both the original one and remake from 2013 are pretty damn good. I need to actually dedicate my time to play them. Oh, the wang jokes...
The Showdown Effect | ||||
South Park: The Stick of Truth | Love this game. I played it four times and unlocked a lot of achievements. Very funny and true to the South Park theme.
Spectraball | ||||
SpeedRunners | Non-applicable | Very fun game. That is, if you play with your friends.
The Stanley Parable | A funny game that kinda breaks the fourth wall. I didn't get all the endings, but most of them. Unfortunately, I didn't play the original game (before it was released on Steam), and it's referenced here.
Starseed Pilgrim | ||||
Super Hexagon | Too difficult, not enough fun to play. At least it was really cheap.
Super Meat Boy | ||||
Super Win the Game | ||||
Surgeon Simulator | For some reason I really enjoyed this game. I beat all of it, but then DLC was released. Unfortunately, DLC isn't playable on Linux, which is the main reason I haven't tried to beat it completely.
The Swapper | ||||
Symphony | Audiosurf is more fun.
The Talos Principle | ||||
Team Fortress 2 | Non-applicable | Competitive multiplayer isn't my thing. At least the game is free.
Team Fortress Classic | ||||
Teslagrad | ||||
Thomas Was Alone | ||||
Tomb Raider | ||||
Tomb Raider I | ||||
Tomb Raider II | ||||
Tomb Raider III: Adventures of Lara Croft
Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation
Tomb Raider: Chronicles
Tomb Raider(VI): The Angel of Darkness
Tomb Raider: Anniversary
Tomb Raider: Legend | ||||
Tomb Raider: Underworld
Trine 2 | ||||
Turbo Dismount | Non-applicable | Fun game for about twenty minutes. I also played a lot of Stair Dismount for Android, so I bought this game because it's basically the same, only with vehicles.
The Typing of The Dead: Overkill | ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ | The version for Dreamcast is more fun story-wise (you actually run around with a keyboard instead of a gun). But it's basically the same as the original Dreamcast game: a keyboard typing tutor.
The Ultimate DOOM | Classic.
Undertale | Yes, yes and again, yes. The best game of 2015 despite the pixelated graphics.
Viscera Cleanup Detail | I cleaned about half of the maps.
Viscera Cleanup Detail: Santa's Rampage | I cleaned the house the best I could, but because of glitches a few bullet shells fell under the textures, so the game didn't count my work as victory. Never had the patience to replay it.
Viscera Cleanup Detail: Shadow Warrior | Unlike Santa's Rampage, much less buggy. It actually let me win.
VVVVVV | Cheated, but still had a lot of fun.
Waveform | ||||
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition
Worms | Non-applicable | Classic Worms.
Worms Armageddon | Non-applicable | The first game that introduced the Holy Hand Grenade.
You Have to Win the Game | Old-school platformer. Too difficult for me. Completed about 50% of the game. |
Total game entries: 202.
